Conversations taking longer to load than they should

I'm loving the game, so far, but I noticed the game will often freeze for extended periods loading in the dialogue. If you pause and unpause, the actual voice clip plays but without the person's lips moving and you can't progress with the dialogue until it's properly loaded. I have a regular HDD, but it seems like the actual game worlds load in faster than just conversations do.
