Outer worlds: Is there a way to change attributes?

As topic, I sreach the internet & couldn't get any info. I know we can respec skills & perks but not found abnyway to change attributes. 

 

If it is not in the game, can it be part of a featrure. It can be a high cost so people wouldn't change it like tehy change their clothes.  

 

Edir: This post is suppose to be about Outer Worlds, not sure why itz end up here. Hopefully someone can delete thios or better move to Outer worlds
