Issue - I am able to click through a fast travel waypoint through pause menu options

Repro:

1. In pause menu, select map and find a waypoint

2. Drag map so that waypoint will line up underneath a menu option

3. Click menu option that waypoint is under

 

Expected:

I'm able to select the menu option I clicked on

Actual:

I select the waypoint on the map (see attached GIF). I need to drag the map away from the menu option in order to select it.

 

Haven't tested this to see if it happens on all maps. I first came across this on Monarch.
