The outer worlds crash on startup EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

I have bought the outer worlds from xbox beta. I run the game, I got black screen for a few seconds and after the game crash with this error code:

This looks like an outdated or corrupted Windows system or a corrupted game install. What does "winver" say when you run it, and do you have the latest updates?

If you're on Version 1903 OS Build 18362, I'd re-install the game.

I have fixed! The problem is that I have Windows Pro N and this version hasn't Media Feature Pack.  So just go on windows option and add Media Feature Pack in your system!
