October 27, 20196 yr This looks like an outdated or corrupted Windows system or a corrupted game install. What does "winver" say when you run it, and do you have the latest updates? If you're on Version 1903 OS Build 18362, I'd re-install the game.
November 5, 20196 yr Author I have fixed! The problem is that I have Windows Pro N and this version hasn't Media Feature Pack. So just go on windows option and add Media Feature Pack in your system!
