ktrain Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 I purchased the game on The microsoft store and the game wont launch. I then updated my drivers, restarted, did all i could think of and still no dice. I then returned it and purchased it on Epic games launcher thinking its the launcher. No dice yet again. I meet all the system requirements, my drivers are up to date, but the game wont launch.
Dorgrin Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Does the game appear in the list if you press Windows key + X, go to Settings, click Apps, and search for The Outer Worlds in the list? If so, do Repair and/or Reset and a reboot fix the problem?

This will get your issue into their queue and allow us to prioritize requests to ensure the fastest possible turn around time.
