conversation bug

most times i start a conversation the games waits for the textures to load before anybody speaks. i'm playing on pc and have the game on the epic games launcher. i've tried installing the game on my ssd after first installing it on my hdd but the bug persists. i can take and upload a clip of the bug later if that helps.
