Problem with Microsoft Store purchased PC version

I bought a version of Outer Worlds on MS Store - the specs and the page said it is PC compatible. I can see the game in my library, but it would not install. I am getting an error that it's incompatible with my device.

 

Have I bought an Xbox version of the game? Why would it be advertised on PC MS Store page then? Or perhaps this is a PC version but I am doing something wrong? My machine is above the minimum and recommended  specs

 

Would anyone know how I can solve this or I should request a refund instead?

Refund then install the xbox gamepass app for PC and buy/download for free from there. It works fine.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
