KaityUK Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 I have no pickpocket UI, I'm sneaking, my Sneak is 33(45), Hack 33(54) and Lockpick 33(43). Any ideas?
Soccerguy47 Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 You have to have the base skill past 40 to receive the perks. Your (45) does not count towards exceeding 40, must have natural 40+.
