Can't save, option is greyed out.

playing on normal mode, got 40 mins in or so and died, had to restart.

tried 4 more times, no auto save and always a greyed out save button every time.

xbox game pass for pc, win 10, nivida 1080 card

fixed it, followed instructions in other thread about putting a "saved games" folder in the right place with a "user id" folder in it.

Can I ask You a question please? The user-id folder is with hastag, without hashtag or without number that was given to me during game pass registration?

For example: (BlaBla is made up name)

%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla#1630

or

%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla1630

or 

%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10\BlaBla
