Ludwig Miller glitched

I’m trying to hand in the “Die, Robot” side quest to Ludwig Miller but he is glitched under the edgewater landing pad, any ideas on how to move or reach him without loading a much earlier save?

I ama having the exact same issue. He is stuck in the ground and I cant reach him.

Same here, looks like he's glitched under the unreliable.

If you go to your ship and fly to the Edgewater landing pad he will be back in his house. Or at least he was for me....
