Is there a way for me to play on my Laptop while I'm not at home then play the same save file on my PC while I'm at home? I got the game through Microsoft store.

So, I also purchased my version through the Microsoft store, and when I switched from my PC to my Laptop, my saves carried over, so it seems that yes, cloud saves exist! BUT...when I went back to play on my PC again later, my saves from my laptop did NOT port back over, so I'm not sure what you need to do to force the game to sync with what's on the cloud. I'd love to know!
