Change character hairstyle? (probably wrong area to post this, but eh...)

So, as above, I'm hoping to change the hairstyle of my character. 😅

I realised a little while ago that I'm not satisfied with the one I have - and that was because I was experimenting with some custom companions. I don't really want to activate the console, since that would deactivate achievements (first run I'm going to actual try for some), but I was hoping that someone could tell me which file I could go into to change a line of code, or something? I have no idea to begin.
