Can't right click for more info on items

Just bought the game yesterday. So far everything seems to work well EXCEPT that when I acquire an item, when I hover over it, it gives basic info and says "right click for more details". When I do so I get no info, I just end up picking it up and putting it back down.  I think I kinda need to be able to read the notes and find out about special weapons info. Haven't been able to find a fix. Some discussions say use English which I am.  Thanks.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
