Game crashes on start up

I've been trying to get this game to run on my computer for roughly 3 days now but i keeps crashing on start up. Brand new computer, and everything seems to be up to date but it keeps crashing. Not sure where to go from here to get the game up and running. Help is greatly appreciated

  3. Adjust your preference.
