Unseen Hall Crash

On previous playthroughs I've completed the Unseen Hall quest several times without issue. However, now when I try to exit the dungeon it crashes 100% of the time when trying to load back the island map.

Bug reports appear to date back 4 months or so with this issue and I wondered if there is a fix or workaround?

Configure browser push notifications
