Missing String for New UI Element: Action Speed Rabbit Icon

Not sure when this was added in, but in the lower left corner of the inventory screen there is a Rabbit that lists Missing string 5173. However, when you hover over the missing string text, it breaks down your current action speed modifiers. It also lists conditional action speed modifiers like Rapid Casting.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
