Audio - Cutting Out During Combat?

So, I've noticed very few posts regarding this so I believe it's just a handful of instances but when my party goes into combat I'll often realize that the audio of one character is cutting off the audio from the previous. 

For example, my character will comment on the combat during Aloth spell casting and his chanting will be cut off immediately before he can finish what he is saying. This will happen consistently throughout a fight with all characters cutting each other off, no issues with the music however. Is this something that has already been addressed or fixed? 

I've tried verifying the games files through the Steam client and have ensured all drivers are up to date. Would love some feedback or help with this, otherwise loving the game! I'd hate to rob myself of hearing that smooth, spell casting sounds from Aloth.

That would just be cruel!
