Bug: Maia dies after starting Seeker, Slayer, Survivor

Haven't been able to find someone else reporting this on the forums, so sorry if this is a duplicate:

 

Description

Maia is killed while on the ship.

 

Reproduction

Speak with the Steward Belowdecks about the strange box found in the ship. After the conversation, the combat log notes that Maia and Ishiza have been killed (see attached picture) and are nowhere to be found.

 

I'd had iroll20s activated before, but it was disabled when the bug occurred. Additionally, Maia's health had been displayed as 0 since finishing Beast of Winter, but she participated in combat and could be interacted with normally, so I don't know if that has something to do with it.

Thanks for the report! This has been fixed for the next version, v4.0.2. You may be able to work around it by leveling up or respecing Maia before going belowdecks.
