I've done all quests in WM 1, and I'm almost done with the base game, but WM 2 does not appear.

I've tried resting in many different places (wilderness, dungeons, inns) several times and still nothing.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

All 4 main quests in WM1 done, even all sidequests are done as well.

Did you leave WM1 and rest elsewhere like in Caed Nua? Right after I finished WM1 I went straight to Caed Nua and slept and it moved on for me :)
