Time doesn't pass in the overworld. As a result, I am stuck in place. This happens both at sea and in land. I also lose keyboard response for some reason that might be related to this (nothing in the keyboard works ingame except remapping keys). Accelerating game speed and pausing is possible only manualy, though it changes nothing.

Restarting the game fixes the issue, although I don't know what triggers it. First time it happened was leaving Engwithian digsite, now leaving Neketaka after only picking up Teheku.
