I'm trying to do "A return to court". It says to go the Charred Barrel but Chancellor Warrin does not seem to be there. I've been to the stage area but the only person there is an understudy. Have I done something wrong or is this a bug?

it's ok I've found him afterall.

 

The only problem I have now is that after grabbing all their gear it's not showing in the inventory anywhere.
