I am aware that a few buildings/etc. disappear before you go back to Defiance Bay the second time and can mess up certain quests.  I was wondering if there are any important vendors that also disappear. I'm wanting to make sure I buy anything that might not be available when i come back the second time, but i don't have enough money to just buy everything
