There are two major differences in my two runs (if it is of any help): In this run I have already completed "He waits in fire" quest. In the other run that quest is still on hold. I have used "iroll20s" in this run for Devil of Caroc armor while the other run still give me achievements. Found the reason. Its not a bug. Edited September 27, 2018 by bartopolis1234
