Hello,

 

When i'm strating the game, i get a black screen with pointer and no sound.

The steam pup-up is still appearing.

Here is the .log. Any help ?

PS: Tried to reinstall the game, but the problem is still there.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a black screen issue upon launching the game client. Could you please provide us with your DxDiag file so that we may investigate further? Also, I suggest trying to launch the game without mods if you are using them to ensure that a mod is not possibly causing this issue.

PS:

I saw that the problem could come from the nvidia graphic card, here a GTX 970.

So, I'm currently running some test concerning the different pilotes proposed by Nvidia.

The following ones encounter the described problem:

• 411.70
• 411.63 (the one i had during the dxdiag diagnostic)
• 399.24
• 399.07
• 398.82
• 398.36

I will test the following ones tomorrow:

• 398.11
• 397.93
• 397.64
• 391.35
