[Bug] Custom colors in stringtable files seem to have priority over tooltip backgrounds

Ran into the following bug when working in stringtable files:

As you can see the "Kohopa & Tangaloa" text seem to take priority over the tooltip background which would make the tooltip text very hard to read (if it was just a tad bit longer).

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
