After you gather the soul fragments and wake Waidwen, choosing 'come with me to fight Eothas' option is broken - it results in Waidwen standing there. You can even wake him up again and choose one of the other two options, which work fine.

 

Also, in the description of punishment in the Endless Queries, I'm reasonably sure it should have said flay your body, not fly your body.
