After the DLC update, I respec'd my Barbarian/Palladin main character, then proceeded to play for a couple hours. I noticed after doing a lot of conversation-heavy questing, that my PC now had Knock Down and both Mien of Death's Herald and Visage of Death's Herald--before the respec, I only had the higher Mien skill. I went back to my save from before the respec and confirmed that respecing resulted in the extra skills.

 

I've figured out the console commands to remove those skills, but it's sort of a bummer that it will disable achievements
