Aloth, and Eder's conversation is not starting after speaking to Eothas.

Just to clarify, are you saying that after interacting with the Adra pillar in the Arena sub-level and that they do not start a conversation with the Watcher? Or do you mean that Aloth and Eder do not participate in the conversation after speaking to Eothas? Also, could you provide us with a save file before the issue occurs?

After interacting with the pillar, they don't start the conversation. I reloaded the game multiple times, and after the fifth time the conversation started. After one of the reloads, just when finding Oderisi, Aloth didn't  mention him, and Xoti spoke instead. It was like the game wasn't recognizing Aloth and Eder. Also I should add that Eder's conversation, that starts his personal quest, didn't start next to the Dawnstars in Port Maje, but in the middle of Queens Berth Neketaka. I apologize, I looked through my save games, unfortunately I only have one right after interacting with the Adra pillar.
