My game is currently in a state where most of my companions are unusable. The game will not allow me to add any companion to my party that wasn't already in my party when whatever bugged my game happened. My now 'permanent' party members can be added or removed from the party management screen, but the others cannot be.

 

I think it happened in the Gullet after I went down into Delver's Row then into the Lost City. After I left the Lost City back into the Gullet, I noticed that everything in the Gullet reset, and the map/everything in Delver's Row reset, and a bunch of items in the Gullet and my ship reset. Later on I noticed that I couldn't switch party members anymore after I lost all save files from before this bug occurred, which is what i'm assuming broke my game.
