Crushing Blow not providing zero recovery?

Barb crushing blow isn't providing the free recovery time after kill for me after multiple tests. Is this something that anyone else is experiencing?

I am using a bow rather than melee btw if that makes a difference, though it doesn't say so in the skill description.

I've added your issue to our database about Crushing Blow not instantly refreshing upon kill. In the meantime, could you please provide us with your save file and output log?
