Infinite Negative Cooldown on Magran's Leaping Flames

This is a weird one. Harmless, I think, but weird nonetheless. The cooldown of the spell has gone into the negatives and is continuing endlessly. Shows up even when loading the save. I suspect it will go away when I drop Tekehu out of my party.

So, Magran's Leaping flames are still going. Now at -50000 seconds.
