[Xbox] Game crashes when trying to go to Easternwood

We recently purchased the Complete Edition for the Xbox One. Yesterday, when I tried to go from the Gilded Vale to Easternwood, the game crashed during the load screen. I tried accessing Easternwood from a different location and received the same result. Nothing I do seems to have any effect.
