I've made a mod which makes the following item edits after recommendations on the SA forums: Cipher's Shackle - grants +1 Deception levels instead of +1 Con Watcher's Blade - grants +2 Shred levels Animancers Energy Blade - grants +2 Echo levels The mod can be downloaded here for anyone interested.
