Can someone explain me how this two interact with each other? If one enemy uses Dampener on my group,  does SA surpress Dampener effect and my Inspirations are restored? or they are or nullified until i use them again? Or does Arcane Damp persist on the area used even if SA is used?

This is really confusing. Does anyone know?
