Strange Bug With Itinerant Experiment, Known Bug? Marked Prey permanent bonus to all Priest spells?

Basically I was messing around with a build and I noticed Marked Prey was being applied across the board to all spells, giving them a +10 accuracy bonus. Is anyone aware of this bug or has noticed it themselves?
