It seems that my main character is completely ignoring the "Action Set Cooldown" AI property after I downloaded the 6/7/2018 patch.
My main is a Shattered Pillar/Soulblade. The first item in the AI is Always True, Dance of Death, Self Target, Prioritize by None, with a 30 second Action Set Cooldown.
I'm signed up to the beta branch. After getting the recent update, this char just spams 4 "Dance of Death" at the start of combat, emptying his 8 mortification. Completely ignores the 30 seconds I set on the Action Set Cooldown. Didn't see this prior to today.
I tried removing that AI to observe what happens with the next AI item (Swift Fluury). After doing that, he just spams that 8 times and also runs out of mortification.
I observed that my other party members seem to respect the Action Set Cooldown. I.e., I have a Ranger/Paladin in my party that is set to mark every 30 seconds, and that character does just that without spamming until out of resources.
I unsigned from the beta branch, and I'm getting the same behavior.
I'll email the save and AI sets to bugs@obsidian.net.
