The first 2 logos appear on game start up.

Obsidian and then the Evil one.

The next thing that shows up is a screen saying New DLC RumRunners....Download or close.

Clicking on close does nothing. Clicking Download does nothing. The screen just flashes for second and the music continues, it does not crash...it just sits there mocking me.

I have the  Rumrunner DLC installed.

I have reinstalled the game 3 x, restarted Steam, checked and unchecked the DLCs. Restarted my computer etc

I have completely cleaned my computer of the game ( going in manually after uninstalling )

The close button is highlighted when my mouse hovers over it.

I posted a screenshot on Steam in the games screenshot section.

I just can not get pass that screen.

Nobody on Steam knows.

 

Any ideas.

If it crashed I would have an error message or something to go on, but it doesn't. I have to manually shut it down.
