(Bug)(quest)Velvet Glove, Brass Fist

The quest velvet glove, brass fist is bugged on the beta patch. I am running the game on parrot 4.0 os and playing on the hardest difficulty. I went to kill the npc threating the guy whom stole the velet gloved killed him and the game didnt give me credit at all for the kill. I took screenshots showing the logs with him dying me looting him and the quest looping endlessly and I tried to give you the save game file as well.
