Berath temple loading screen freeze

I tried to enter the Berath temple in the Sacred Stair for like 20 times. Then I get black screen and the game does not respond.
It happened before at other locations and several attempts helped to go through, but now nothing helps at all.
Maybe I missed some quests and it's too early to enter the temple?

Same problem with the Gaun temple.

Just downloaded the new beta patch, the problem is not solved anyway. Can someone explain, what is so different about these two locations?
