Crew Member not Healing

When are you going to address the issue of crew members not healing.  I have meds of 200/200 and have 6 crew members in the resting slots.  When I go out into the open water I go out for 2 or 3 days I never use any meds and no one ever heals, this is very disapointing.  When are you going to address this issue I am sure I am not the only person playing this game that is having this problem.  Please fix it or I am not even sure I want to play it anymore, and I will request my money back.  This is a very good game please fix this major issue.
