Modifying unique class conversations

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to modify some files to make a class able to get the unique conversations of both that class and a different one. Like for example being able to play as a single class Wizard while having both wizard's and cipher's unique dialogues, all while not being forced to multiclass into a Hierophant (wizard/cipher).

 

Can it be done? If so can anybody help me by explaining me how to do it?
