    I remember in poe 1 the substantial and normal phantom spells for a wizard were amongst my favorites, but in this one whenever i cast it, the phantom just goes in and attacks the nearest enemy with their fists, and it does not have any spells available to it. This has to be a bug, as even in the description of the spell it mentions being able to cast spells. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? any fixes?
