Ok, so I've been training for a while now, mostly martial arts and some pushups etc at home - but to be completly honest I have no idea what I'm doing half of the time. I don't know what works, although it does seem to have had an effect.
So, do you guys have any experience? A set you used to do that worked wonders for you - or maybe you joined crossfit/fitness/aerobics/etc and it was great.. Whatever it is, share you story and let's inspire each other to get into shape
