    So it says this amulet gives a 1.15 healing bonus. Does this affect healing spells cast by the wearer? Or healing received by the wearer? The tool tip does not say as far as i can see.

    Right now, I own the promise of a game. And yes I believe I will get the key. The issue of course is that little voice of doubt in the back of our minds. Launches have gotten screwed up before, you have all heard the horror stories. I think its natural to be a bit concerned. It would be nice to have some kind of offical communication to calm that little voice in the back of our heads.
