I am playing on PS3. In the abortion clinic, I perform the fake abortion on Randy. I leave the room and there is the cut scene were the nazi fetuses attack. After it plays out, I get stuck in an infinite load screen that allows me to access the pause menu. I cannot try the party swap trick prior to loading this screen, because this is a solo part of the game without party member support.
