  1. It's impossible (at least for me) to perform the Nagasaki fart on PS3. I've tried over 50 times and still cannot do it. Can anyone give me a tip or something? Thanks.

Maybe you worked it out, since you haven't checked back, but I got an answer for me and maybe it will work for you.

It doesn't work the same in the field as in training.  In the field, you have to push the right stick down, then up and hold it up while rotating the left stick until the controller and the wall vibrate.  Hold the left stick there and when the screen shakes, let go of both sticks.  If the PS3 has the same problem as 360, it should work.

  2. It seems for the wall object in the cave, you need to tune the stick to the upper left and hold it for 4 seconds. This duration seems to be a bit longer than a handful of other Nagasaki destructible objects which may be why this feels as if it is not working for you (letting go too early?). Try holding the proper direction for at least 4 seconds and see if that works. Regardless, we can look into making the hold duration for this wall fall in line more with other Nagasaki destructible objects (~2 second holds). Hope that helps.

babaganoosh13 got me sorted, but I thought I'd outline my problem for future reference.

In the training for Nagasaki, you hold the right stick down and rotate the left stick until it vibrates and when prompted, push the right stick up to release the fart.

In the field, you press the right stick down then up and you hold it up while rotating the left stick until it vibrates and when the screen shakes you let go to release it.  Now, the screen prompt does say to push the right stick up, but it doesn't say anything about pressing it down first.  When I tried just pushing the right stick up, my character just did a tiny fart, even if I held the stick in place.

That's the issue in a nutshell.  Do with this info what you will.  This was my only real problem with the game, other than that, it was wonderful.

  3.

Basically for the Nagasaki fart outside of the training session for everything for the 360,

While Nagasaki is selected as your fart magic:

Press down on the right pad, then hold up on it.

While continuing to hold up on the right pad, move the left pad around to find the magic spot that shakes the cracked (rock in this case) the most and hold it there until it breaks.

I'll have time to play tonight, I'll try that.

I think it took me 'till the third or fourth thing I broke to actually figure out how I was doing it. I was dropping the right control pad a lot, or leaving it down.

Thank you so much!  Following your instructions, it worked just fine.

Thanks for responding.  I'm getting no vibration at all and the wall does not shake, no matter where I put the left stick.  I also have the same problem in the sewer by the crab people, so it's not just in the cave.

  6. in my 1st playthrough it worked fine

but now, i have the same bug on my 2nd playthrough...

    i don't know what happened...

it's maybe related to skipping cutscenes as i skip every cutscenes now

I haven't skipped any cutscenes up until this became an issue for me.  I should also note that I had saved the game right after getting it the first time.  When I continued, Nagasaki wasn't listed in my abilities, yet the Duke wouldn't talk to me and Terrence and Phillip were gone.  I had to load a previous checkpoint and get it again.  I'll try again today and see if it works, but even if it does, this is an issue that needs fixing.  There's nothing as fun as an intermittent problem, huh?
