So i've learnt nagasaki but it doesn't appear in my skills in game. I can only use the previous 3 that i learnt and not nagasaki. Not sure if this is tied to the shoe chinpokomon bug as well.

My parents keep following me, telling me it's past my bedtime. When i get caught, i spawn in my room and i'm stuck. When i go to bed, the cut scene is bugged and just stays there frozen. Please help.
