    I also have this problem. But it's like the game is running in the background, 'cause when I open the task manager I can see swkotor2.exe there. But I'm still stuck at my desktop. Come on guys, someone here must be able to sort this problem

    Have this same problem. The only way I can get it to work is to disable the sound in the config menu before starting the game. But palying without sound is frustrating. If anyone has a clue how to get round this (yeah I updated my sound drivers) then please help. Cheers
