I'm having the same issue as described. Agreed to help her 'turn the tables' and I have the poison. Also tried to warn Tira Nui, which let me mention book but never the poison. I have the poison in my quest item inventory. Made the check at the bartender, but only get an option to hand the drinks over as the Captiain planned.
