    cummerou1People were reporting similar issues at: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/88124-game-breaking-bug-cannot-change-party-303/page-2 They were specifically discussing Hiravais, but Sking's explanation of the root cause indicates the same issue may crop up with other companions. Looks like the workaround is to disable "Auto Level Companions" (under the "Difficulty" section in the options menu) BEFORE recruiting the companion with which you're experiencing the issue. Afterwards, you should be able to level up normally. Worked for my savegame, at least.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
